Wrong attitude

Back to the original topic, I spoke to the drivers insurance company today and hes accepted full liability.  Hes been honest, its only fair on everyone that Im honest.  The insurance company asked me about injuries and asked if I wanted to claim compensation for any, I declined.  Just want my bike fixed/replaced and Ill be happy again.
