I dont think Ive ever done so many varied exercises in one week before.
Ive cycled, walked, jogged, sprinted, rowed, swam, played football twice, used my power ball every day and used free weights to do biceps, shoulders and squats.
Just need to add some sex! :lol:

Ive cycled a bit, walked my dogs, and done plenty of twelve ounce curls. :D
Ive been Fencing on 4 out of 5 days last week.
Muscle groups which I had forgotten I had are making themselves felt.
Improved my game though, and also that of some Pentathletes who I went training with on Friday. Pentathletes (as a rule) cant fence for toffee, if even I can give them pointers then they are in trouble. Still I suppose if they are all that bad it wont matter.
