As the weather is good, im doing 130miles a week ATM, which aint bad, if you chuck in a club ride on a sunday, were look at 160+... nothing spectacular if you look at bike couriers and hardcore racers, but im enjoying the weather and making hay, so to speak... 8)
Ive had a pokey week of quick 15 mile crits, so right around 100 miles. I do ride those short ones in "race mode" so at least get some cardio out of them. Usually Im doing 150 to 200 miles per week this time of year. Often a couple 40 milers on the weekend, then a bunch of hour rides during the week.
150/week is the minimum if you want to do any sort of competition, unless youre cross-training of course.

Seriously, on top of the 150mile i usually do 2 circuit sessions in the gym, swim twice and do a couple of runs too....
Probably about 50-80 at the moment. It depends if I get chance to get out at the weekend.
Depends what the weather is like in the evening, but if its nice Ill do 30ish @ the weekends and something like 40 during the week
crap weather reduces this drastically
Im currently on a quest to do more like 150 a week though, as I really dont get out on the thing enough currently :(

i do 1-2 a week. Should bump up the total a bit :D
