I used a similar product years ago that coated the windscreen and glass. Dirt and water would not stick to the screen. Was really good stuff.

The whole idea is to let you be lazy, not wash the car every week

Modern window ones are supposed to last years.

TBH it was about 10years ago and i cant remember.
It was a kit. There was that for the windscreen. Some Shampoo and polish for the body and this stuff for your dash etc. Was extremley good stuff but expensive and i never bought any more.

Get some RainX and be done with it. I used to use it on the visor of my motorcycle hemet. Works great, costs $3.

I have had great luck with RainX.  The water runs off so well that you almost never even need to use your wipers.

I could send you some. :P

Its sort of like a silicone glass wax. It makes water bead up and roll off and you can use your wipers less. Havent used it in years, but may have to get a new bottle.

PM me your addy so I dont have to look. I dont know if you can legally mail it, but if I run across a bottle, I might smuggle it to you. I just checked the garage and didnt see any.

Im sure you can get similar stuff in Sweden, though, under a different name. Its been around forever--I remember the TV ads for it from the 70s.

EDIT: the product "aquapel" is similar and said to be much more durable.

If it was that long ago then it wont be, they have only managed to sort out the stuff bear is talking about in the last few years. The best digests dirt do that when it rains, or you hose water on it, the mud comes off very easily.
