Just a tiny update as I have been busy this week
I went from the old boot mounted intercooler setup with one fan:

and added another 12 SPAL fan

Also started into this wiring mess

Managed to get the lot relatively tidied - note the FPR at the right hand side

Also got my super strong inner CV joints in today as well:

Hopefully be starting it tomorrow!!
Im pretty excited about this.
Videos of you starting her up would be great. Are you going to take it on a rolling road at some point?
Ill be mapping it for boost on a rolling road after I map it as well as I can on the road.
How are you going to finish off the boot? It looks like you did a good job and will have some decent bootspace still.
Looking good, Im getting a new FMIC very soon to replace the TMIC.
Should get some Nitrous to cool the IC :mutley:
whats the fpr ?
only thing I can guess is... some sort of fire protection system ? looks like a big solenoid valve... ?
my guess is fuel pressure regulator.
exactly. The biggest one that aeromotive do.
is the IC better with fans than say being front mounted?
Thinking of yer instruments, only thing you need is exhaust temp gage and a tachometer :D

Front mounted would mean pipes were too long.
There is good airflow into the boot from side vents, the fans are only needed in traffic.
