Fixed it up and gave it a nice coat of hi temp paint today ready for the transplant tomorow.
I cant wait!, Sould go like stink.
At the moment Im stuck with a crappy 38bhp 1000cc a-series pile-o-crap.
After tomorow Itll be a cool 76bhp.
Ill do some piccys of the operation asap.

The std discs & gearbox are fine for that kinda power.
Its staying standard atm (whiles im saving my pennys and untill ive finished the bodywork on the clubman).
The gearbox is good for about 100bhp, but the gearbox is the sump aswell so it all came together.
iv got an exciting day tomorrow, removing the engine from my broken calibra turbo tomorrow, with my new crane :D lol never done anything this BIG before
you know what will do that engine good.
a NICE LONG RUN on the motor way, about 2 and a half hours would do it. if you went on the m1, m25 and then follow signs to southampton, an then bournemouth. i think itll be bedded in right then.
