Title: What a PITA
Post by: Binary Shadow on May 04, 2009, 15:20:05 PM
Was going to go for a ride with my mate later today, noticed the back tyre was looking a bit flat so got the compressor out, when i stuck it on the gauge showed 0PSI, oh dear, some air and soapy water later i located the nail sat in the tyre.. if only it was a car id have a spare to put on.

Unforturnately being a bank holiday means the local bike shop is shut :( no repair for me then.

Got to decide if i want to just repair it or get 2 new tyres, theres probably plenty of miles left on them but they look a little squared off.

Try one of those injectable fixes? although some garages wont touch it if you have used the stuff. Have heard of someone injecting superglue into a tyre puncture although do this at own risk..
