FFS, what a waste of a day. Spent 3 hours putting in an HKS intercooler, and the fit is so bad I ripped it out and threw it against the wall. Going to get a greddy cooler this week, and put in on Saturday. Ill post pix of the Greddy installed - heres a few of the POS HKS unit. Its second hand - described as very good condition. Had a dead bird attached to it!

Still stuck at friggin 1.1 bar. i want to use 1.2 on this CT20 turbo before I tear the lot down in July to rebuild with the GT3071 turbo (Im going for 450hp)
