Title: Woo, training is working......

Ive generally been very active over the last four years.  Especially so the last 2, going to the gym at least 3 times a week, training for a half marathon last year, playing football and badminton.....

More recently Ive been going to the gym 4/5/6 times a week and doing serious weight training(High weights low reps) and fartlek cardio, whilst also playing badminton and football for upto 2 hours at a time.

Ive also changed my diet to cut down on carb intake after 3pm everyday.  Basically, Ive just been eating veg and meat in the evenings.  During the whole day I keep protein intake high.

Results are now really starting to show and I can feel it.  Ive put on half a stone over the last 3 to 4 months, Im now about 79kg/12.5 stone, Im stronger than ever and Ive managed to get back down to a 30" waist like I was when I was 16. :D  Ive even wore the trousers from a suit I bought when I was 16 to work!

Really chuffed.

fartlek cardio sounds fun :)
