anyone watch it just on bbc2?
powerful movie, i enjoyed it... kinda opens your eyes to the type of people we have living in our society (few and far between however) and how we have/have not progressed from being a racist society
the end was
Didnt watch it tonight but Ive got it on DVD and its one of my favourites!
Its an amazing film - Extremely under-rated / apreciated imo.
Norton is easily one of my favourite actors - Every role he plays he just seems to carry around some very unique but kind of weird atmosphere/presense with him.

i agree with every word he said.
3rded.
Great film and Edward Norton is probably my favourite actor of all time. His back catalogue is amazing. Was introduced to him through Fight Club and American History X years ago and hes never dissapointed.
Been a favourite film of mine for a few years, tis superb.
Saw it for the first time a few weeks back. Wholely dissapointed.
Im working my way through ther IMDB top 250 of all time, albeit slowly, so i borrowed this from blockbuster as rent 1 get 1 free, what a mistake that was!
Theirs so many reviews stating the impact the film has on the viewer about the racial aspects of modern society. What? The film didnt have anything i never already knew, or seen before, in countless other Hollywood movies. Youd have to be living in a cave to not realise that racism exists and so do extremists.
Norton gave up the neo-nazi cause a little to easy for me to believe, so he became dissallusioned with the other skinheads in prison, because they consorted with latinos. Surely with a man of his firm beliefs, hed try to change their ways? instead he keeps himself to himself and seems to forget who he really was. Then Norton tells his brother about his rape ordeal and how his black laundry partner "watched his back" and all of a sudden, his brother drops his beliefs too?
Too easy :)

Tough to belive in people that will rape you. Also his brother will believe anything hes told, thats one of the major points of the film.

yea, his brother was basically indoctrinated into the whole extremist/nazi out-look...
Anyone who wants to see this, Tesco currently are flogging it for £3.
Wasnt his brother Randy from my name is earl?
Sure was!
he was also the dude who played John Connor in Terminator 2
