Itunes DRm free stuff is going to be the same price as normal songs on itunes, it is also still higher quality

If you try and click itunes plus currently it will not work as they update it with changes
Apple are also back tracking on the Iphone/iTouch and allowing you to make 3rd party stuff on it legitimately now with a sdk in the works
