Title: Bedroom TVs
Post by: Pete on October 06, 2007, 20:53:22 PM
I didnt wanna clog up the other thread.

I need two tellies for bedrooms and I wouldnt mind ones that have dvds built in. I want best bang for buck and was looking at these ones;

- but then really I want some thatll do freeview, but I cant find any that sorta price, even without dvds.

I had a look in tesco and adsa but they were sh*t. Any ideas?

I dont care what size they are, 15" would do tbh.

Get them 4 each, no little nieces and nephews to buy presents for :mrgreen:

Get separate freeview boxes? OK not as elegant but its an option.

When the switchover to digital comes along you will be forced to have freeview.  Would recommend you get ones with freeview built in, unless you want a seperate box?  An alternative, would be to get one of the scart freeview boxes.  Basically, within a largish size scart socket it has a built in freeview tuner.

Freeview is miles better than analogue, picture quality for a start is better.
