Had mine for 2 years now and its been the best screen Ive ever bought. Use it for TV (with vga box), DVDs, pc, Xbox 360 everything,
Ive got the Acer AL1916W which is pretty damn good, Wish Id got the one with DVI though but thats a mute point.
Xbox360 Hardware (SN: 401027763105)
Matt5cott has the same monitor as me and :ptu:
thx for the info , but i found this http://www.tekheads.co.uk/s/product?product=608524 . what are these like ?
TBH you get what you pay for, good and cheap dont go together more often than not. For the money youre paying look for the one with the highest contrast ratio.
Agreed, you pay for what you get. A good gaming monitor does not come at £130, If you can strech, I highly recommend this....
HanssG, are some of the cheap brands that come at about £90 trade, I would only put that in an office.

I often get the request of the dogs bollocks laptop for £500, I tell them its one or the other.
wont use ebuyer cause you get charged for shipping even though delivery is free , they are the only site i have seen that does this

that makes no sense
what makes no sence ? , the fact they charge for shipping when delivery is free or me not using them ?

IMO you should save a spend a bit more. I dont understand why people are so quick to buy cheap nasty TFTs when prices across the ranges are so good these days, even the mighty 24" TFTs are becoming affordable by all.
When the product in question is what you use every day and spend hours staring at it should be as dogs danglies as your processor or graphics card. Any less is an injustice to your computer and your eyes.
spending loads of money does not get you the best all the time you know , i found this out before :w00t:

Where it says Deliver my order > Choose Within five working days [FREE] AND IT CHANGES TO £0.00 idiot! :P
OK, its not entirely clear but if you know how to work these sites its obvious ;)
was waiting for someone to point it out to him, obviously i wasnt going to :P
Yeah, but its so much fun kicking people when they bend over and show their butt off, totally irresistable :mutley:
it does not show me that option in the drop down list , any ways i would sooner buy from tekheads until they started taking the piss , but there is no need to take the piss as you have just lost a sale :stupid:

It does for me, I do a LOT of research into products I intend to purchase :D
Oh and Serious was taking the piss, Kris was being polite and not mentioning it -)
I dont work at ebuyer, or at any other sales company, so its no skin off my nose who anyone buys off.
I would certainly back Clockd up when saying to buy a reasonable monitor though, it should be the thing you are least likely to replace. Ive done three computers and still have the same Iiyama 21" monitor, worth every penny I paid for it.
