blu-ray what? Player for your TV? Rom-Drive for your computer?

TBH the best value for money is the Playstation 3 for £250 - Blu-Ray & a games console

otherwise your looking at a samsung for £200

If youre looking for a player, the only one that is pretty much guaranteed to work with future profile changes is the PS3. Samsungs usually need a firmware update every time Fox releases a Blu-ray movie and they are meant to be pretty unreliable.

sendit.com (http://www.sendit.com), foxy.co.uk (http://www.foxy.co.uk), blahdvd.com (http://www.blahdvd.com) are just a few

You can grab some cashback through quidco on these sites too.

PS3s just about your best bet.  Almost all other bluray players right now arent fully upgradeable and networked.  Most of them will be unable to play later gen discs, the PS3 will and its a games console.

movietyme.com for US imports, almost reasonably priced.  There are cheaper places eg DVD Pacific.  Bare in mind Bluray discs can be region coded so you need to be sure that the disc will play in your uk player before you buy.

You can still get films on discs? How quaint!
