Title: Cheapest ready built PC please

I need another PC for general usage.  Itll be used solely for internet browsing, MS Office usage and some networking study im doing atm that i want some practical study with (CCNA and MCSE Win 2003 exams).  

Cheapest PC i found was one on ebuyer for 128+VAT.  Can anyone do better?  I dont really need a monitor, but if the deal is good enough ill take one :)

normally i build my own, but for something that doesnt require any real CPU power im happy enough to go ready built :)
