raymond, you dont need to swap it, try pulling the pins back out and putting them back from the other side, make sure you get them in the right order

^^^ well spotted!  youre right, the pins are comming throug the connector from the wrong side

thanks Serious, well spotted I just looked at it before attempting to remove the pins, the plugs has been put on the wrong way, Ill tackle changing the plug around.  Many thanks everyone for your help.
