I couldnt find this elsewhere on here, I have to say this is one remake that actually looks like it could be good, Jason Stratham seems to have been pumping iron.

I dunno. The old Deathrace 2000 has the classics in such as the hospital people lining the OAPs up on the road...
The trailer didnt get me going until the "He knows we set him up" bit. I can only hope the film from the point of trying to "escape the race/system" would be ok. Other than that, it didnt look that great to me. The old films whole monster plot was quite cool I found...

Thats what it was intended to do. Still highly watchable after all these years and made on the cheap too.
