The other half has had major major ongoing issues with Orange promising refunds etc over the last 6 months. Couldn't remember if someone here worked in customer services with them and could escalate the issue. Essentially 3 or 4 phone calls ago she was promised a refund for being billed on an account that should have been closed. Since then having had to call a few more times it's cost her more money and time and there's still no sign of a cheque.
