Title: DS Shortage? Also should i get black or white? :)

Hi all

Has anybody noticed the shortage of Nintendo DS consoles?

I have been searching for one for weeks, in particular the White model, but it seems the Black one was in stock everywhere lol, although i wasnt too keen on the that colour, looks like i may end up getting the black one later tonight.

What do you all recommend? B or W? For Ã,£99.99 its a steal to be honest.

Black, not say white isnt nice.

There was a shortage over christmas, I imagine the stocks are slowly coming back in.  You will be able to find one if you look around in the less obvious shops, ie woolies, Argos, Currys.

The only difference in price comes to the package deals really.

Trouble with the black one is that it really shows the fingerprints. I dont think the white one does so much.

I bought a black one from argos, its so shiny!! lol, seriously its amazing. hee hee

Havent giggled to myself for donkeys years, feel like a little kid again :D

In order to join the DS Friends Code gang, must i get the wireless adapter?

lol no. you just need a compatible wireless router/access point on your network.

I cant use either one at my house, or my parents house, but I can happily connect to my next door neighbours and use that :D lol

LOL! Oh right, so i can use the DS over my wireless network as it is?

How do i get my friends code, i guess turning the thing on will help? I havent se it up or anything cause of work

friends code depends on game, tis related to the cart

tis an arse but overall a good system

they got the ds using wpa yet or is it just wep?
