Title: Films - aspect ratio help

Some of my films look like this on my screen:

Im using vlc. Is there a way to fix it so it plays full scrn proper?

yes.

(1) use mpc
(2) stretch by using numpad 9

or ... in VLC, right click on the screen, select aspect ratio and then try the options, 16:9 or something.
