Title: Firefox add-ons
Post by: Batch on July 06, 2006, 18:26:51 PM
I use Firefox as this is the best browser compared to any other browser.

What other add-ons should I get for Firefox as I already got a few including FasterFox, FoxyTunes, Joga, DownThemAll and weather plugins.

Id like to see the authors update the spellbound spellchecking extension. IEView is useful too.

spoofstick is not updated but editing the .xpi file get it working by simple
editing firefox version mentioned in the file. so maybe it is the same with spellbound.

StumbleUpon is really cool for procrastinating, you just click "Stumble" and it takes you to a new cool website that other people have rated as good.

It could well be as simple as that as earlier versions of SB are still working on pcs I have where installed on earlier versions of FF, now upgraded; but fresh install of uptodate FF wont allow SB to install.
