quite like the look of guitar hero, is it just pressing the right buttons at the right times or is there more to it?
Its like Dance Dance Revolution or Dancing Stage in the UK or Beatmania.
It is getting to press the right buttons and the strum at the right time.

Im stupidly stuck on Hard at the moment. I CANT do Slayers Raining Blood and Ive just failed again at One by Metallica (got to 97% that time though!)
Its just too fast! Third game is by far harder than the other 2

Its bloody fun! Have you ever played it? Nothing like playing a real instrument, but I think thats what attracts me to it. Its great for parties and things if you have some mates that can get to grips with it too.
And to be honest, you could say that about most games! "Why buy tony hawk games? Just go out and skate!" "Why buy racing games? Go out and drive your car!" etc.
Id love to pick up Guitar Hero III but £60 for the game plus one guitar is bloody expensive no matter how much it may be, and when you factor in another guitar for multiplayer (I own a Wii so thats kind of the whole purpose of the console, and a new guitar is what, £30? £50?) its stupidly expensive. Not to mention the fact that they are already on number III and no doubt have number IV ready to roll out to make more punters part with their cash.
