Title: little coding help

NEED A GAP HERE


Im trying to get them to output next to eachother - how do I make an actual gap/character space between each div class? i tried

     

but that just made the second class over lap & out of aligment

Im assuming from the CSS that these divs float left and sit alongside each other, as usually they would sit one on top of the other. You need to use margin or padding on the divs.

Try this in the css:

.readon-main { margin-right: 10px; }


or try it inline:

Right, it will be a width or position setting causing the overlap, can you paste up the CSS its using?

I wouldnt know where to look :(

I can do

& it will display on the next line - obviously... maybe Im stuck with that

Without looking at all the CSS in more detail its very difficult to make any further kind of suggestion.

They have been built up pretty strange in the markup but to fix it in its current form....

Get rid of those div clear. The clear should come after the things you float.

Then on the CSS:
