New season has started, though new signups dont appear to have been enabled yet.

Ohhh, dooms is in...mwhahaha

Shame Im going away tomorrow so wont be able to send my troops to say "hi" till I get back.

On another note I have a feeling when I get back I wont have any troops. Someone keeps chipping away at my forces, which is gutting as they have less KEs than me. When my defence is gone its gonna be a KE free for all ><

At the moment, Im just building random things, but just got this message recently:

Look in Country overview. You can browse between countries and continents for targets.

The beauty of MW is the realtime-ness. When its running in full the "ticks" are an hour apart and so when you are sending an attack to someone 9 hours away, it takes 9 hours. That gives them 9 hours to log on, see they have incoming, and get others to send help etc. I guess in that sense its a little like the EVE research etc.

Under your country name are 2 text boxes a "go" button, and both a << and >> button. Use those to navigate countries.

Building wise, your priority should always be resources at the begininng, building KEs whenever you can. Research wise you should prioritise to be able to get resources as well as basic defence, and then work on things like intel and black market. Be aware though that some units like the beholders, appear to need some random tech like recon or something.

Generally, with a bit of luck, you should be "safe" until you attack someone. Once you start attacking people you score goes up, which shows youre active and probably have KEs, leading to people scouting you out and attacking, as well as the risk of retaliation.

Id have been fine (probably) had I not attacked these players. Id still have been fine, had those players not then gone and cried to a bigger player who proceeded to beat me into the ground.

Cool, cheers. Im building KEs and Solar things now when I can, and researching defence and laser technology etc.......

Whats the aim really? Wait until all the ticks go down? Then what? Or do I keep building things until I attack/get attacked?
