Just got a new moby, after a bit of a disaster with a Samsung D900 where the screen broke whilst in my jacket pocket after 2 weeks. What a load of old *hit :roll:
Picked up one of these from Komplett - Nokia N73 Black Music Edition.
Was shipped from Amsterdam so I dont think they are out here yet but from the couple of days Ive had it I can honestly say its the best phone Ive ever had - not cheap or particularly small but a real quality bit of kit and packed with features. Nice camera and music player and comes bundled with a 2 gig card as well. Well recommended chaps..

n80 user here. regularly use the wifi on it for surfing the net.
Desperately looking for a sip compatible client for the damn phone, as theres a sip option in the menu, and I can register with my voip provider, but I cant bloody make calls as there are no voip clients for the phone yet, other than skype/EDQ, or some wierd proprietary crap ones.
Grr... annoys me that the N80 has now had a replacement model come out called the N80 Internet Edition, that comes with a bloody voip client on there!
Symbian = the best phone OS since the 6600.

Only the N80 Internet Edition has a voip client. the normal N80 only has the facility to connect to a sip server. It does nothing however, more than registration, as there is no VOIP client for the phone.
Ive got my phone connecting to a sip server perfectly fine but there is no voip client onboard.

Just got the W950I and loving it although getting the internet over blueteeth is causing me problems. Anyone got any ideas. Agree with the d900 sent mine back. Lovely phone but wouldnt last 12 months in my hands.

Symbian OS is fantastic. Ive been using Nokias for years and currently on an N70. Its served me very very well over the last year and I couldnt have been happier with the phone!
Upgrading to an MDA Vario II on WM5 in a week or two though :D I cant wait! 400mhz processor, 128mb ram, full slide out qwerty keyboard aswell as tons of emulators, etc. :D
does it come with the nokia headphones?

I found it took the 624MHz cpu in my Axim x51v to run all the decent emulators with sound - but things might have moved on now!
