Title: Movie Cover Program
Post by: XEntity on June 07, 2008, 18:03:00 PM
Hi All,

Im looking for a program which can scan a folder of movie avis and download the relevant covers, and set the folder icon for that folder in XP.

I dont really want to go down the route of full medi centre software, just a little app that I can run from time to time.

Cheers

Jake

none that I know of... I did buy a catalog software that does scan the filename & download the covers, IMBD info, etc. - but any it didnt know it would stop & you had to manually search.
I gave up as theres would be hundreds to catalog

Ive done all mine manually :S Im sure there must be a program somewhere - XBMC on the xbox automatically gets film images from IMDB, i cant see why it wouldnt have been implemented on the pc.

Might Just have to do it manually, and keep updating as I go....

I-Covers seems to be good for finding the images, its just setting each folder to have one image as the thumbnail view that is the pain really.

Obviously would be easier if it would just automatically search the film names, but may spare a raining day to doing it manually.
