Hey guys, ive recently started having a REALLY annoying problem.

When I have more than one PC (or console) connected to my router the connection drops every few minutes. Its really annoying.

Ive got a Dlink DI624 router, one PC wired up, a couple of laptops that use wireless and an Xbox wired.

When any of these are on in any combination (more than one) the connection randomly drops (goes to network disconnected) then re-establishes itself.

Its fine with just one thing on. I guess its a router problem, but ive just updated the firmware and that hasnt solved it.

Any ideas welcome.

My wireless drops its connection often too and i think it got worse after i encryted the signal. Ive just given up on wireless being as god as the press tells us. Id love to be able to stream a film onto my laptop at bedtime but it just doesnt hape that way.

Perhaps its just cos we all come from Cardiff

Previously my wireless has been ok, were in a small terraced place so its not too much of an effort.

I checked the PSU on the router, its a transformer/plug combo thing, looks fine, no smell, not too hot.

I cant work out if the router actually does go offline when I loose connection or if its just the devices attached, as the router log doesnt appear to show anything.

This is really annoying!
