Tell em you are leaving and see if they are desperate? About the only way to get an upgrade IMO. Unless they just offer it to you.

yeah i think i might do that tbh - in fact my year is up do i AM ACTUALLY LEAVING THEM. They are nothing of the compnay i once knew 3 yrs ago. My laest grip has been them fooking up my webspace and not responding when i had 50 expensive items on eBay. There was no warning about it and oi lost alot of money due to no pictures. despite it being months ago they have yet to respond!

Free upgrades, they rang a load of us up telling us so, yet to see it but they have said its coming. I will be going from 1mb to 4mb being a long term customer for the same price, I am a way away from the exachange though, if your nearer and on 512 bb, you will go to as much as 8mb as possible for free.

The phone package is also very good for current customers and we are allready looking to swap to them

I found that out to my expense, Go with NTL they arnt as bad on distance,
I was with Bulldog 8mb, because of my distance I got 2.5 mb, so I went to NTL 2mb and now Im on 4mb a free upgrade and my speed test are the same as others so Im happy.

Im still stuck on 512 here, they did cut the price slightly in compensation though.  Ã,£17 I think it is now, it is still quite dear for what it is.
