I know a no cd crack would fix that, but as yet, there isnt one, if someone finds one please post the name of the site.

Fixed it with the German no DVD crack.

this sort of thing really irritates me. I bought a legit BNIB re-issue copy of an old game called Stars a few years ago to be greeted by "please enter CD key".

it didnt have one as the supposed key was on the back cover of the manual and the manual had been dispensed with in favour of a PDF file in the re-release.

I was eventually forced to hunt down a code on a Warez site in order to play a ligit game bought from Game.

stupid.

It can be a right pain trying to reinstall your best loved legit games and finding that you either cant locate the manual or its damaged so you cant read the code... :rage:

Doesnt really stop games being pirated by big organisations though.

At the stupid price they charge for games, game makers deserve piracy.

Far more money goes to the publishers and retailers and in fact its a fairly minuscule amount that the developers get, so dont blame them for inflated prices.
