how do i make this work so that the missus can use it? its a 3 device and the mrs is with TMobile. I cant find any unlockers on the web.
can i upgrade it with some vendorless firmware?

I thought 3 phones are locked for use on 3 only and cannot be changed. In fact i am pretty sure, but i could be wrong :P
you can buy an unlocking sim - or pay 3 £35]

bear in mind those unlocking sims are cheaper - by half - on dealextreme, and free postage.
Half the sellers on ebay just drop ship for dealextreme and the likes
