Does anyone have a contact e-mail address for play.com? I cant seem to find one on their site.

Why not just phone them on 0845 800 1020?  The geographical number is  01534 877595 so you may be able to call it on your mobile and get it under you free minutes.  BT wont cover it though as its a channel islands number so you would be better calling the 0845 above.

There are some guys on avforums who have contacted play.com through terms@play.com and privacy@play.com to sort out problems they had.

Its easier just to phone them.  You get a resolution withing 5 minutes instead of waiting for your email to be skimmed.

Hey, they put their number there as its the best way to get in touch with them.  Good luck in getting your problem sorted.

You could also phone them and ask them what their e-mail address is - then you wouldnt have to ask here  :?  :mrgreen:

The number may well be that, but thats nowhere *near* where it terminates ;)
