Does anyone make/sell standard output PSUs with 12v DC inputs?

Ive been asked to look into putting a PC together for a boat preferably without using a power inverter. The whole boats electric system is 12v DC much like in a car.

EDIT: Found some ... at KustomPC (http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/info_1793.html) what will run on 125W, C2D?
