Some of them have been bad, some have been amazing
Indeed, heard most of them.
Thought the Streets one was so wrong it was good - as one listener said. Some were great, most were boring with a couple of terrible ones.
Afraid I agree with Cassetteboy regarding The Streets.

There were some good ones, KT Tunstall one was good iirc, cant remember if Natasha Beddingfield did a good one too.
Streets one was just awful. As a texter said when it was first played anyone can just talk the songs lyrics.
edit, ah yes, Natasha covered Madonnas Ray of Light and its one of the few times a cover is better than the original.
Are these really going to be released on CD?
Just listened to it.
Shocking.
Girls Aloud - Teenage Dirtbag is about the only good one on there worth listening to, but its girls aloud and I should be shot for saying that, im sure Id shoot myself, but when you hear the rest of the tracks youll forgive me for not doing so... its the best of a bad bunch.
ugh... its growing on me, listened to it on repeat purely by chance as wmp was set to repeat... and dammit... its not as annoying.
I think its because I am trying to compare the original song to what theyve created, rather than just taking them as songs in their own right.
Best one I heard was Foo Fighters covering Band On The Run
Jaimz
