Im just glad Ive swapped hosts now. It was surprisingly painless moving joomla installs across.

Im just wondering if its possible to get 11+ months worth of hosting refunded as I want to cancel my account. id ask but the chancecs are I wouldnt get a reply until 12 months have gone by :(

Tekforums isnt ETGS support, but tis should set alarm bells ringing in ETGSs head when their customers feel they get better support on an unaffiliated website/forum...

Most of the people are on this forum anyway so its easier for them and it lets all the other members know if there is an issue.

My stuff isnt important, I just use it for storing photos that I use here along with a few texts. It isnt a proper web site at all so it might as well stay put for the moment.

Tongy: Lifes alright mate, thank you! but when i need hosting / email the most, its never there. Im really thinking of taking this further, as im truly fedup of this keep happening. Keep getting promised that its sorted, and hey! No changes, no-one keeping us updated or anything either - which IS the worse part.

Sigh @ being down again.

How easy is it to change hosts?

Norphy

Assuming you can manage your domain directly instead of the host, very.

Not hard, Godaddy give you instructions and everything.

Ive moved all my domains there and they are very good so far, well youd expect them to be what with being the world biggest webhost.
