Title: Searching within a webpage using firefox ... question?
Post by: dawlton on April 29, 2007, 01:09:32 AM
hi guys,

bit of a random question but i cant seem to find an answer anywhere ?

Is there a way to search for the whole word only within the webpage using firefox (using ctrl+f to find). I know you can do this in IE?

for example if i want to search for to (without the quotes :) ) i dont want to get results for -> today, otto, etc....

I hope that makes sense to someone

Thanks,

dawlton.

in the search box, put a space before and after the word. not very elegant and wont find the word if it has punctuation, but its all i can think to do.
