It could well be, there was a SW game at E3 this year with alot of really nice pre-vis art work.  It looks like it could be done with the new technology that is also in the new Indiana Jones game.

Have to say though, i love where games are going, they look cool but they not just doing that, they doing decent AI now, they are doing decent functionality, things react, interaction like never before etc.

These games linked, spore etc, all just look amazing.

It isnt in game.  It uses in game assets, ie models and textures etc may even be in engine.  That certainly wasnt realtime yet, in my opinion.  And yes I have seen the making of video they do keep saying in game but do they say Real time?

A little info on that SW Trailer, it is real and it is what was shown at E3...
QuoteShrouded in mystery, this secret Star Wars game is a next-gen entry around George Lucas classic saga.

NOTE: This title was shown at E3 2006 as a demo for a breakthrough next-gen Star Wars title, but little else is known about what the game is and will be. (Reported rumors to the contrary have been disputed by the developer.) This platform is an expected target, but LucasArts has not given formal indication as exact platform plans. Please check back for official word.

I was being generic, in game, ok, ill use the term real time as well if you want, wont be the first of new games or the last. Look at spore, You sit there and edit a creature and switch to the game, no process and mapping of how the thing will work in the world, its stucture and shape is known and reacts real time to its changes and so does the world and universe.

Other games, like the one you linked, Halo 3 said to have such phyics and enviromnet interaction, Half life 2 allready did a lot with the grav gun etc and now portals.
Tbh m8, your being picky - Real time, In game, In game assests when refereing to a trailer or video that is claimed to reflect the actual game play means the same thing.
It will have function and look of the game but you may not see that level or creatures or people or 100% actualy things going on in said video.

The end of the video I linked is probably just a video of features, the guy clutching the vent wont be dynamic and be will be a pre-generated action like in parts to Half life 2 and other games. The first half looks all in game and still force with propery effect geomatry and terrain and interactive objects will be a whole new ball game compared to previous games that allready exist.

HAHA
QuoteThis video has been removed at the request of copyright owner Lucasfilm because its content was used without permission

That would be the actual game and the big feature of it then, since they did not want to see it

Shame things like youtube are great:

Yeah the pre-viz video is meant to be for the Star Wars fan club, Hyperspace. Thats what the little logo in the bottom corner is, and since they charge for access to the fan club, it is obvious why they want it taken down. Only thing is that on Youtube, you always get duplicates of vids so they will have a hard time trying to get them all taken off.
