From the on set filming leaks and from the Trailer I am guessing....

Gordon is sick of something and dying,
You have Bane and seems to be some boxing thing going on with chanting in the trailer on that point? Maybe Bane Crushed Gordon or something?
Pictures of the Lazarus pit have leaked so resurection or has been around for some time in the wings Raz comes back, maybe Batman takes Gordon to the pit to bring him back?

Catwomen will be proper New Batman Game style I guess with the goggles. She will look hot but that is all I can work out she will be and they are keeping how she looks very secret as that will be an attraction closer to release/full trailer.
