Thinking about gettin it,and wanna know if its worth the money.

Getting and sharing with my brother.
Maybe even start our own I.T business at some stage soon :D

TechNet is excellent for large corporations with lots of PCs to support. If you are a small consulting business the Microsoft Partner programme and its associated "Action Pack" is much more useful.
