Title: Treated myself
Post by: DEViANCE on December 26, 2012, 14:29:49 PM
I thought it was about time my old beast samsung 40" plasma that has served me well for about 6years got replaced.

Richer sounds have been tempting me for the last few days with their emails and today I finally bit the bullet and got this.

its going to take a while to setup but so far with minor tweaks from standard i'm very happy.

I was holding out for 46" series8 sammy but couldnt justify the extra money.

Looks smart! there's been some decent deals on lately, I wish I had the cash to upgrade as my TV is getting on a bit.

It'll have to last at least as long as the old one so didn't mind spending some money. 5 year warranty as well.
Also wanted one with a really low profile bezel and this is pretty much the cheapest one of those. Wifi, smart tv all that so quite future proof.

Really liking the current range of LG's. I bought the 55 inch in November.

Would have gone for a Panasonic plasma without 3D but horses for courses and all of that. Nice screen :D

Nice TV, been looking at the LGs myself as I want an upgrade.

Also, I went to a customer's house yesterday and he had the LG 84" 4K TV, cost him £22,500. Was very nice though.
