this here agreement you apparantly make with virgin when you pay an extra 50 quid to "rent" an HD box. i've told them twice where i've moved to for them to send the bag out for return. no bag or box. what do i do? ebay it threaten to charge them for storage?

They usually get an engineer to come pick it up as far as I know. They can be awkward with that though and only offer specific days. It was inconvenient for me to have them come round to pick it up as we both work on the day they offered.
