just upgraded to vista... was going to format anyway so thought I might as well give it a go... and Im quite liking it so far :-)
(once i got it setup right anyway!)
but... I cant get dual monitors to work at all...
nvidia 7900gto.... anyone else having any problems ?
it "kind of" worked at first, but I had problems getting them to displays the right res. and now it just wont work at all :(
if i enable the 2nd screen, it works fine.. but my main screen just goes sheer blue and I cant see a thing :(
i had a problem with my dual screen setup too using an 8800gtx. i had problems setting the primary and secondary monitors solved it by using an older nvidia driver. not dared update to the latest drivers since incase it still doesnt work, think im on Aprils drivers still !!
The government is advising schools not to upgrade at all, too many problems to sort out and older hardware that would need upgrading/replacing. AFAIK
It may not have been the best choice ;)
