Title: Vista - To confirm, is this a full edition and not upgrade?

Theres loads of sites selling Vista Home Premium at this price point labeled as OEM - are these full editions and not upgrade editions? As the upgrade edition costs about the same.

Also are any of the additional features in the Ultimate version have real wow factor that its worth me shelling out extra? (62 vs 107 pounds)

they are full, Micorosoft has had to hammer the price right down to try and get people to buy vista so the OEM is that cheap

theres a nice Dell vista 64 DVD doing the rounds with loads of extras (nero, office, etc).
No SN or activation req. either.

I got Home Premium, not fully researching the whole upgrade thing. I figured that logically, if you get Home Premium and later decide to upgrade, the cost would be relative to the extra features you are buying and their "worth".

I did not expect the reality, which is to upgrade from home Premium to ultimate, actually costs more than it does to just buy the Ultimate oem dvd.

Someone please explain the logic in that!

All I really want that is in ultimate is Dreamscene. I refuse to pay for a whole OS just for that feature though, so am waiting for the inevitable independant release in a few years time. That, or a solution that works on 64bit Home Premium...
