Ive just finished Dan Browns Angels and Demons. Was very good imo, equally as good as (if not better than) The Da Vinci code :)
I have now read all four of his books and I have to say that I enjoyed them all, I like the "everything happens in one day" style of plot :)

I am just about to start Paul Davies "How to Build a Time Machine"

M3ta7h3ad

you read them in the wrong order then! ya noodle.

Angels and Demons is the prequel to the da vinci code see :)

Currently Reading "Target One" but dont know the author at the mo im in work :)

Mardoni

Yeah I know I read them in the wrong order. Tbh it doesnt really make any difference to either story. Besides, I borrowed TDVC off of a friend and after reading it I went and bought a 4 book set for the others :p

edit: lmfao. I dont think I couldve used another comma in that short little statement ! Slight edit for my own sake ;)

Leon

Now reading Northern Lights, got brought for me as a present about 6 months ago and have only just picked it up

Going back onto Ian M Banks after this

Providing you accept it as entirely fictional then they are a good read...

...but anyone who believes them is a nutter.

you are clearly not a proper potter fan

House of leaves.

Its one seriously weird book, but pretty clever too. Cant help but feel sometimes that theres a fair bit of paper wasted going on.

Most recent book Capacity - Tony Ballantyne

A future world where real people, computer constructs and robot AIs have equal rights, but there are flies in the paradise ointment. An interesting and in many ways heroic but ultimately flawed play on real and virtual reality. Worth trying but in the end it lacked something for me.

Might as well sticky this then peeps can add stuff as they want.

zpyder

Peace and War trilogy, as well described elsewhere!

Recommend it highly. The first book in the omnibus is the best, the other two fall short of the bar, that was raised quite highly in the first book, but are still good yarns.

Hoppkins

Reading "The Strain" by Guillermo del Toro

Only half way through but already its resident evil meets bram stokers dracula.

Loving it
