Real crappy lag on my connection today - 497m/s :( :( :(

What causes lag to suddenly drop from an average of 33m/s to this?

 :disappointed:

Ok, thanks.  My connections been lousy for about a week. :(  Any issues at PlusNet?

Serious

It can be interfereance from electrical items, radio masts, etc. Problems with Wi-Fi links or just the internet traffic at the time.
