There is lots of them... most pop ofc is itunes store. I personally use IMEEM.COM when i cant find a track or band via Torrents or newsgroups.
There was a great site that linked them with lines and you could zoom in and out. You couldnt listen to the music but it would extensively show similar music.

What kind of response is that? Err...no.
Type in a track or artist and youll get some similar recomendations. Regardless of whether that is teh specific site get off your high horse.
