well I quite liked the sound of the Abit KN9sli....
(mostly for its 6 sata ports)
but my brothers died a while back..
and now mine has too...
so Ive gone off them a bit, any recomendations ?
Ive got 6 sata drives in striped raid... but could buy a card for them instead ?
kind of a side note... but will i lose some speed with a card ? the pic buss being limited to 133m/b a sec.... where as sata2 is 300mb/s ?

I just got an Asus M2N32-SLI Deluxe, Its loaded with expansion.
Theres a total of 8 Sata plugs. 6x off one controller (assuming thats the nForce) & 2x off the highpoint controller. One of those 2 is external.
It also got twin gigabit NICs & Wireless built in
