I seem to have removed my windows update icon from my start bar and ddnt notice i had.

Could somone either tell me where it is on the hardrive or give me the correct link it takes you to? thanks

I did google, but the two links i went to wanted me to download something and i know i have the latest version of the update software so kind of dodgy that way.

just checked mine on here (w2k)

and the target is : %SystemRoot%\system32\wupdmgr.exe

start in is : %HOMEDRIVE%%HOMEPATH%

just make a new shortcut with the above

or just go to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com or head to your control panel and head to "automatic updates" :)
