Im running this on my new A64X2 and its.. well rubbish lol it wont support any of my cannon hardware and from what i can tell SP1 is as high as it goes so no SP2 goodness?

think ill go back to the 32bit version or run the 32bit version of vista beta 2

I was on 64bit xp and went back to 32bit too

was only really my printer driver I needed... but a lot of my little nephews games wouldent work either.

Sony camera drivers are the only thing i have had problems with, bar that its running better then 32bit for me

No problems here.

Its based on Server2003, so it doesnt need SP2.  All SP2 style stuff is in Servers SP1.

Installed 32bit on both my brothers 64rigs.... Absoloutly big pile of pooo!

64 bit worked perfectly well for me. And tbh, Canon not writing drivers for it is not a poor reflection on the OS, it is a poor reflection on Canon.

As for your second point, as already mention XP x64 is based on the Server 2003 SP1 kernal which is feature equivilent to XP SP2 and somewhat more stable to boot.

yeah thats true enough i spose, ah well 32bit is solid as a rock anyway
