When I try to send a pic I get "unknown subscriber" - I remember last time I got a phone I had to text a number or something to set it up, any ideas on that?

Edit: also what about emailing pics?

Whats the phone?

o2.co.uk or the phone manufacturers site should be able to assist. Youre trying to get the Multimedia/Internet settings sent to your handset.

Once your Wapd up you can surf/mms etc (including emailing a pic - gprs/wap)

Its a samsung e370.

I think I sorted it now, it had contract Voda settings and it shoulda been o2 payg, weird.

edit:  nope. "cannot connect to server"

have you tried sending yourself a picture mesage ?

I cant get them to work for me... but your suposed to send yourself a mms and that sets it up?

after a lot of googling I found you gotta text PICON to 21400 ...and then wait 48hrs for them to set it up.
