It's a shame they have to be shot, but sadly necessary. I've seen a few urban foxes about even early in the evening and they don't seem to mind people as much now.

There are two which stroll around our place in London day and night with absolutely no concern for people. Just last night one was howling at around midnight outside my bedroom window. He wasn't bothered about me banging or shouting at him, just ignored me.

If I'd been at my parents he'd have been made into a hat by now.

I just mean that there are many dogs about which are worse, i bet you can find more stories about babies mauled
by dogs than foxes.

I suspect very few where the child was mauled by a dog which did not belong to the family while sleeping in their beds.

Foxes have no natural predator except us, it's actually un-natural NOT to control them.

Two 9month old babies sleeping in the house with the door wide open. The mother needs sterilizing and the poor children taken away.

Could just as easily have come through a window.. people leave stuff open in the summer all the time.

BRING BACK THE HUNT! ;)
